Photography is the perfect mindful pursuit because it combines creativity and being fully aware and present in your surroundings. Mindfulness is often associated with meditation but there’s no need to roll out a yoga matt or be in silent surroundings. That’s the beauty of mindfulness photography it can work in your everyday lifestyle, a few minutes to centre yourself and relax.

After this workshop sessions you will have practised mindful photography as it’s a perfect way to gift yourself time, unwind, look at the world with fresh eyes, and express yourself creatively. The best thing is that it can fir into brief moments throughout the day. Imagine escaping the cold grey streets in urban areas by looing to the sky and picking out compositions.
What do you wear to a Photography walks?

Wear a comfortable pair of shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. You'll also want to wear something with lots of pockets. Try to keep your hands free of stuff as much as possible except for your camera/phone of course. Keep your camera/phone load light and bring along a bottle of water and maybe a snack.
